Очень хороший хозяин, вежливый и гостеприимный! Расположение близкое ко всему. В целом было всё для жизни, даже кондиционер

Если ваши нервы железные, и вы готовы ждать лифт по 15-20 минут, то все хорошо, если нет, то будет тяжко особенно, если жить больше двух дней. Неудобная кровать максимально… Ну и если ложитесь спать после 2х ночи, то музыка под окнами не проблема (для нас это не было проблемой, поэтому в целом ок)

Excellent location. Nice apparent. Good host cooperation.

The view was fantastic, I could stay on the balcony and look at the sea for hours. It was the most charming part of my stay in this apartment and probably I will be back just for this view. The apartment was comfortable, the bed was ok, the bathroom was also comfortable and nice. The apartment was located on the 18th floor.

The management could be better. Instead of handing me the keys at 2 p.m. as arranged, the owner contacted me and said that they could check in only at 3 as the previous guest had broken something in the apartment and the apartment was super dirty and they needed additional time to clean the house. I asked them to give me an opportunity to bring my bags to the apartment earlier and they agreed. The previous day at about 11:15 o'clock the owner wrote to me that he would come for the check out at 12 but he came 20 minutes earlier than arranged and I didn't like this, you organised a check-in an hour later and came for the check-our 20 minutes earlier, this is not what your guests are expecting, this is not a good and customer-oriented management. There were about 3-4 elevators in the building but you need to wait for the elevator for a while this is a problem that most of the buildings face in Batumi. The washing machine was broken and after cleaning, the apartment had a very bad smell of clinging chemicals for an hour or two until I fully air conditioned the room. However, given also this aspect of the apartment, I would return there only for the fantastic view it was providing.

great location of the apartment!everything is within walking distance. very clean, tidy. the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay even for a long time. Great view from the balcony. ❤️I really liked the apartment - everything is planned for the comfort stay.

the problem is not the apartments - but at night you can hear music from the nearby night club. double glazing solves this problem for the most part, but not completely. this is not a problem of the apartment or the owner - it will be same in all neighboring buildings.
