Amazing Magnolia

Прекрасная квартира! Очень большая, светлая с огромными окнами с видом на море и пляж. Соответствует фотографиям на сайте. Отдыхали несколькими семьями с детьми, места хватило абсолютно всем! Для комфортного размещения квартира оснащена всем самым необходимым! Расположение дома самое удобное на побережье! Пляж и дом не разделяет проезжая дорога, то есть все безопасно, в доме есть несколько хороших магазинов и ресторанчиков с вкусной местной кухней. Для тех кто приедет на машине у дома есть парковка внутри двора и вокруг(машин в пиковый сезон очень много). Хозяйка квартиры очень приветливая и заботливая женщина! Встретила нас очень поздно ночью, что то около трех часов(очень долгое прохождение границы). Все кратко про проживание в Батуми рассказала и показала. Спасибо большое!

Отличное месторасположение апартаментов, вид из окна восхитительный. Апартаменты полностью соответствуют представленным фото. Хозяйка очень гостеприимная и всегда была на связи, давала много информации. Так же отдельное спасибо Наталье за то, что заселила нас очень рано утром , пожертвовав даже своим сном.

The property was clean and well prepared when we arrived. It’s located near the sea, you can see it from the window. A few kilometers from the old town, we used taxi to get there or walked. A lot of small grocery shops and bars/coffee shops around. Some grocery stores work 24/7. Inside you have an equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge, etc. We also used washing machine and everything worked. The elevator is easily accessible, there were no queues for it. It’s quite small, and having a group of 5 adults, we needed to split to get to the 10th floor. But it wasn’t a bother.

It’s probably not an issue with the property itself, but when we arrived in Batumi, there had been heavy rain for a few weeks, which disrupted the water system. There were problems with water pressure, and the hot water wasn’t running for a few days—we only had cold water. I asked the neighbors, and they had the same issue. We contacted the host, and she tried to figure it out by checking with the water company. She also gave us instructions on how to check the pressure and reboot the water boiler, which is on the balcony. Everything improved once the weather normalized. Also, the hairdryer is quite weak, so I’d recommend that anyone who uses it frequently or needs to style their hair bring their own.

the location was grate with the best view of the black see & the beach view from the 10th floor. Stores , cafe & resrurant all in walking distance to the place.
