Very beautiful and comfortable facilities!

Everything was perfectly clean, the host was very polite and helpful, she gave us tips where to go hiking, where to eat, drink and park our car. We even received a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. The apartment is small, but it has everything you need. There is a bathroom on each floor, and a small terrace to drink coffee or wine. We were there in March so we used heating, on bottom floor you get a small portable radiator, and it heats the place in 1-2 hours. On the first floor there is air conditioning that works perfect, it was even too warm during the night. You have parking maybe 50m from the apartment, but it's not always available, in that case you have to park a little further.

We stayed in Apartman Valid 4 nights, two adults and two kids, we found the apartment, although quite small and narrow, to be very nice. It has it unique features, very tastefully decorated, equiped in everything you may need for holiday, very clean. The Host Sanja was incredibly helpful and friendly. She welcomed us in the aparent with the bottle of wine, helped us to carry luggage upstairs, she provided us with local recommendations and attractions. The location was perfect for us, among the small streets, very close to the beaches and restaurants. As it was late October, only few places were open( but enough to eat out deliciously), but the big advantage was that there were no crowds of tourists. We highly recommend the apartment, but rather to the guests without big mobility issues as the stairs are quite steep.

This renovated period apartment is well located in Baska's historical centre. It has quirky spaces, it is thoughtfully decorated and it gives a real sense of how people lived a couple of centuries ago. What a gem! The whole experience was great, from meeting Sanja to get the keys, to all her restaurant recommendations (we managed to check out most of them and they were great), to the nice welcome wine we found in the fridge, to an unexpected birthday gift (it was my bday while I was there) given by here, to a good bye gift when we handed the key over to Sanja. We couldn't have asked for a sweeter and more thoughtful host. As for the flat, it is great for a couple. The bed was comfy and the shower was marvellous (having stayed in various Croatian properties in the past, showers always seems to be an issue). Sheets, towels and kitchen towels were provided and they were all clean. The kitchen is well equipped, cleaning products were also provided. The parking is a couple of minutes away but that didn't faze us at all. All in all it was a great experience!

The drain in the shower, as it took a little bit too long to drain the water. The TV cable was a bit loose, affecting the signal, but it wasn't a big issue for us because we weren't there to watch tv anyway.
