Fabulous 2 bed Historic Ground floor apartment Belper with free car parking next to property

Nice apartment, just right for the 4 of us.

We were expecting the outside area to be bigger and a bit more private.

Location excellent from our point of view - close to the town centre, and very little noise from outside. Living room and kitchen are well equipped. Everything very clean and tidy. Comfortable beds. Two seats and a table next to the front door - very good for an outdoor snack with a cup of tea.

The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the high street with its own parking - very quiet area. The train station is just down the road with regular trains to Matlock. Very comfortable apartment with good sized rooms. Phil and Sarah were very helpful on arrival (and before) with accommodation info and recommendations for eating out, trains etc. Belper is a lovely market town and the river gardens are gorgeous.

Cosy, clean and had everything you would need.

Perfect Location, very close to town. Easy walk to some lovely shops. Lots of Bars Pubs and Restaurants meant we eat out every night. Phil was very helpful as our host, giving us tips on where to eat & checking we were comfortable. We had my elderly father with us who mobility is challenged so this ground floor flat was perfect, access in & out was easy for him. Thank you for a great stay.

Central location to Belper, 5 mins walk into centre, close to bus depot, train station and shops. Phil the owner controlled the heating from his phone .
