A localização um pouco distante e pouca infraestrutura ao redor para , a pé, resolvermos algumas demandas.

Well-maintained, high-level (29th floor) apartment in a secure, modern apartment building. 24-hour reception in the building. Very helpful people working there. Super-clear instructions in the confirmation email including the apartment number. Just 10 minutes by Uber (10R$ BRL) to downtown. Supermarket 100m walk away. Good wifi. Good airconditioning system. (Need to replace the batteries more often :-) ) (By contrast, when we returned to the same building after a week in another city, the 2nd apartment we booked through booking.com was smelly, unprepared, without bed-linen or suitable towels etc. So booking.com users please note - not every apartment in this building is managed to the same degree of quality or preparedness for guests ! This one was excellent though)

Make sure there are new batteries on hand to replace in the TV and AirCon remotes. (Recommend earplugs if you are a light sleeper as street sound seems to waft up from the neighbourhood day and night)

Very comfortable apartment with a small and functional kitchen, perfect for short or long stays.

I like everything but a suggestion to improve an already good stay is to make some kitchen items available, like salt, pepper and olive oil, coffee too.
