Location of an apartment is good, very clean and have all for comfort stay

Administration denies provide accommodation without valid reason explained. Had after pushed me to cancel booking on my own after it has been paid. Wasn't very friendly on a phone. If there is any issues I had to be informed before not when I already made booking and had my plans. Also don't want to take responsibility for that and trying to put it on guests to avoid sanctions from booking.com side. Not very professional.
