Exclusivo apartamento en el Casco Viejo

The apartament is comfortable, silent, climatic, in the Centre of the Old Town at one of the Seven Streets (medieval). Has a little balcony. Beds are comfortable. A kitchen has everything you need including tea, coffee, oil, dishes, pots... There is a washing machine and a dishwasher. The apt is close to Mercado, Cathedral and Plaza Nueva. 100m to the tram stop. 15 min to Guggenheim Museum by tram. For us it was important that the area is full of real life. There are small shops with a variety of goods (not only suvenires) - grocery, bakery, greengrocers, suits for children, shoes, paints, wool, african dresses, barber, lots of bars and cafes with delicious pinxtos. There are still inhabitants living there. The street is washed up at night.

Location was fantastic. The woman cleaning the apartment from the previous visitors let us come in and drop our bags. We liked the balcony looking down on the street. It was nice having tea and coffee for us there to use.

Only thing that was an issue were the plug in devices that let off scent. We found them and put them outside while we were there so it wasn't a problem.

Location was superb, there is a bakery downstairs for pies and coffee. Tram stop 50 meters away. Pretty quiet and safe.

Decoration was quite mixed and bizare in some spots. An espresso machine would be a great add. They should indicate where the shampoo and bathroom amenities are because we thought there wasn't any until we found them. Personal contact in english language would be appreciated upon arrival for recommendations etc...
