"Boa mas um bocadinho stressante"

A localização.

Depois de um problema com o comando da garagem não consegui que, após muitos telefonemas e mensagens, se resolvesse o problema. Só no segundo dia ao fim da tarde consegui falar com alguém que se preocupou e só as 22h me substituíram o comando. Se quisesse ir a algum sítio fora de Bilbao seria impossível. Uma lástima que estragou a estadia.

Great location. Beautiful apartment.

We weren’t given details on how to enter the property at 3pm. After 3hours and 3 long phone calls we eventually got the code. We were so close to looking for other accommodation by 6pm on a Sunday night. There was no reply from owner via texts. I would suggest using a different intermediary to People Rentals.

Very nice apartment in a great location with most mod cons included.

It seems to be owned by a large company who are very much lacking in the area of good customer service. Just hope you don't have any issues while there, as the frustration of dealing with them could ruin an otherwise great stay.
