Mizar Apartment by People Rentals

Die Lage des Appartements war sehr gut. Alles ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Man ist in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstand und am Guggenheim. Die Sauberkeit war o.k. Der Herd könnte aber mal gereinigt werden. Hier sieht man noch das Mittagessen des Vormieters :(. Das Doppelbett hat eine gute Matratze.

Die Zimmer sind sehr dunkel. Das Wohnzimmer und die Küche sind in Richtung Innenhof und man hat daher leider kein Tageslicht. Das Bad ist muffig und wird schlecht belüftet. Es gibt auch hier kein Fenster. Nur im Schlafzimmer hat man Tageslicht, es ist das einzige Zimmer. Im Wohnzimmer musste man einen Entfeuchter/Lüfter laufen lassen. Auch das war sehr nervig. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Man weiß genau, wann die Nachbarn nach hause kommen. Ansonsten findet man in der gesamten Wohnung Abnutzungsspuren, an den Wänden, der Decke (Wasserschäden, Schimmel?) und auch der Parkettboden ist durchgelaufen und kaputt. Ebenso die Couch auf der mein Mann schlafen musste, ist durchgelegen und nicht mehr sauber. Auf meinen Hinweis !!!am ersten Tag!!!, dass der Fernseher nur als Radio zu nutzen ist und meine Bitte, dass der TV einzustellen sei, haben wir keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Wir konnten diesen daher nicht nutzen.

Location, very clean and quiet! Easy to have a good night sleep!!

I should suggest a bit more of toilet roll and hand soap.

La ubicación y limpieza . Está cerca de parada, cercanías y autobuses. Junto a la ría y museo .

Acceso muy malo .. No hay aparcamiento cercano . El portal se encuentra en una cuesta , el acceso al ascensor tiene un tramo de escaleras y del ascensor al apartamento también tiene escaleras , todo interior. El dormitorio da a una carretera.

Limpieza general mejorable Sofa cama muy incómodo y no fácil d montar Cocina y baño muy anticuados Bañera muy muy resbaladiza Escaleras que hay que hacer para llegar al ascensor

Great location. All attractions within walking distance. Property was very clean & tidy.

The location, right next to the Guggenheim and easy to access the old towns with a 30 minutes walk. We couldn't hear too much room in the bedroom which was quite nice. Good shower pressure but awkward shower position!

We were stuck outside for 30 minutes as the automatic mechanism wouldn't work. They tried their best to help over the phone but we got lucky as someone was coming out of the building and allowed us in. The bathroom was constantly damp after the first utilisation as there is no aeration whatsoever so the towels wouldn't dry. There is a real lack of natural light, even more so as one of the window blind was completely broken. Lack of health and safety too as the plug was hanging from the wall.
