"Logement très correct mais qui pourrait être facilement amélioré"

Appartement charmant visuellement et pas trop mal situé malgré les montées, proche du métro pour aller dans le vieux Bilbao

L'humidité de la salle de bain peut se sentir et se voir sur le sol. Il fait assez chaud et les fenêtres donnent sur 2 cours intérieures, très calmes la nuit mais pas la journée car il y'a un cours de tennis.

el piso está muy cerca del tren y tiene muy buena combinación para coger el metro para el centro. Además, hay varios comercios y bares y cafetería alrededor donde se come muy bien.

Seguimos las instrucciones para la caldera del agua caliente, pero no salió agua caliente y como teníamos prisa nos duchamos con el agua tal cual, que era bastante fría.

No entraba el desayuno. La casa está bien, la situación está también bien.

En el aseo hace falta una percha para colgar las toallas del lavabo. En la cocina, falta manopla para coger bandeja del horno y tijeras de cocina

"Inhabitable space"

Nothing really

It was very dirty with mold on the walls and ceiling and a lot of damage on the floors, doors and furniture, the bathroom was totally unhealthy and we couldn't breathe in the apartment due to the high amount of humidity of the air and the poor and unsafe ventilation it had., We had to find another accomodation and we couldn't stay even the first night in the accomodation

"A pleasant stay in a beautiful city"

The facilities were good.

We had to phone for help in order to access the property. While I was on the phone for the 3rd time and starting to give my booking details, a neighbour kindly let us into the building, where we could obtain the door keys. The apartment has a damp issue, so we had to keep emptying the dehumidifier.

"Decepcionante."

La cocina tenía los utensilios necesarios para desayunos. Decoración minimalista aunque es un piso viejo al que le han intentado dar un lavado de cara.

La ducha tenía una cortina que no cubría la mampara y se salía todo el agua, ahí la explicación de que el suelo de madera del baño estuviera en mal estado. La pintura de los azulejos está callendose a cachos y pelos por todas las paredes del baño. Asimismo el descanso no ha sido óptimo debido a los ruidos a primera hora de los vecinos de arriba y el fronton al que dan las vetanas.
