The apartment is perfectly located - close to the Old Town, just a pleasant 15-minute walk to the Guggenheim, right next to the metro, and at the end of the pedestrian zone. This means everything is nearby, the atmosphere is charming, and at the same time, it’s very peaceful with no crowds or noise. This apartment is a beautifully renovated space in an old building from the late 19th century, where fragments of the original walls and ceilings blend seamlessly with the modern interior design. There’s plenty of space, all the amenities you might need, and a responsive, helpful host. It’s the perfect place in Bilbao.

Ubicación excelente.El apartamento está decorado con mucho gusto. Tiene todo lo necesario. Buena comunicación con el.propietario, que estuvo pendiente de nosotros. Habitaciones y camas cómodas. La zona es muy tranquila. Repetiría sin dudarlo.

"Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage"

Obwohl das Apartment in der Altstadt liegt, ist es in den Schlafzimmern sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung war sauber, ein kleiner Grundstock an Lebensmittel (Salz, Zucker, Öl,...) war vorhanden, Kochutensilien sind ausreichend vorhanden, genauso wie Reinigungsmittel. Julen - der Gastgeber - war sehr zuvorkommend bezüglich unserer Bezugszeiten. Selten haben wir so einen entgegenkommenden Gastgeber gehabt.

Die Matratzen sind (noch) in Ordnung, ein Austausch wäre zu empfehlen. Mehr Kleiderhaken und Kleiderbügel hätten wir brauchen können.

Sehr netter hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Der Vermieter war sehr bemüht unseren Aufenthalt gut zu gestalten. Die Lage ist phantastisch und nur zu empfehlen.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Das hübsch eingerichtete und gut ausgestattete Apartment befindet sich in einer Fußgängerzone. Kleine Bäckerei gleich nebenan. Pinxtobars, Cafés, Geschäfte, Markthalle und Guggenheim Museum, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Metro und Taxistand nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. (5 Minuten) Freundlicher Kontakt zu Gastgeber.

Das Apartment ist wirklich sehr hellhörig, man braucht entweder sehr festen Schlaf oder Ohrstöpsel. Es ist keine Klimaanlage vorhanden, nur Ventilatoren. Zur Straßenseite gibt es winzige Balkone, darauf sitzen kann man allerdings nicht.
