Excellent communication and clear instructions (with a help of Google Translate) with a very friendly owner. Perfect location, better is hard to imagine. Everything reachable on foot within minutes and a parking lot available at reasonable additional price. It is a comfortable and clean place.

There is no air conditioner, which was not a problem in our case as the temperature outside was low and we could even keep the windows closed to avoid noise from the street. I'm however unsure how it would be during a heat wave. We found cockroaches in the building, coming out at night from the stairs and in the apartment. There were many hiding under the floor and wardrobes and I suspect one of them bit my son on several spots. Unfortunately it made the last night a bit unpleasant but the owner accepted to work on distinguishing the cockroaches.

Difficult to understand which floor the apartment was on, otherwise it was great place to stay!

Spacious, cozy and clean apartment. Very well located, all main attractions are accessible on foot. I recommend it without hesitation and would stay there again.
