Location is great

Work was going on outside the apartment but that wouldn't have been in the host's control

The water took a while to get warm

Superb location opposite a lovely little cafe / restaurant in the old town and in a safe area. The accommodation was spacious, clean and very comfortable. It was also quiet and the beds were comfortable. Friendly, helpful and accessible host!

A couple of small bottles of complimentary shampoo would have been good.

Apartment was central but quiet within about a 2 minute walk from the Ribero market. It was clean and had all the facilities we needed. Great to have 2 bathrooms!

Nothing major, but there was only 1 plug point in the kitchen, so you had to keep plugging and unplugging appliances (kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave) when you wanted to use them

The location was perfect for exploring Bilbao on foot, the flat was large and comfortable, allowing us four adults the space we needed
