La ubicación en pleno casco viejo, en una calle tranquila, no sé escuchaba nada de ruido. El loft amplio y con todas las comodidades, las camas grandes y muy cómodas y los dos cuartos de baño nuevos y amplios. El dueño es muy atento, sin duda repetiremos cuando volvamos a Bilbao.

Por poner un pero, aunque para nosotros no tiene importancia, el sofá es cómodo aunque un poco desgastado por maltrato de anteriores inquilinos, aunque repito q no es algo q haga desmerecer el loft.

Le loft est bien aménagé et décoré avec style, il est confortable et agréable. Très bien situé, dans le vieux quartier, vivant, commerces très accessibles.

We had the info to access the key box in the laundromat next door. It was a tad tight to access the box and hard to see. When unlocked the key was not there. We contact Felix and he responded immediately. Through a little trial and error, we were able to gain access. Because Feliz was so responsive this was not an issue at all.

The key box was located in a pretty tight space.

El piso está muy bien, tiene muchas comodidades y está en pleno casco. Además tiene ascensor y es de fácil acceso.

Localization,limpieza y comodidad

Lo único que para los que viajamos fuera de España y necesitamos WiFi. Debería mejorar el servicio,claro esto no afecta para nada la puntuación. Solo una sugerencia

La posizionne perfetta, nel casco viejo, ci ha consentito di girare a piedi senza alcun problema e, volendo, fare anche una sosta durante la giornata. Appartamento pulito, spazioso, dotato di tutto e assai ben arredato. Felix un host premuroso e attento.
