"apartamento con mucha falta de limpieza"

me gusto la ubicación estaba a 15 en autobús del centro

el apartamento no esta mal pero faltaba mucha limpieza y olía mucho a humedad repito mucha falta de limpieza en el baño sobre todo.

El colchón

Todo en general, desde el salón hasta el cuarto de baño. Hay que hacer una reforma integral, sobre todo el cuarto de baño, si necesitabas sentarte en la taza tenía que ser de lado porque las piernas te dan con la mampara de la ducha, lo que es toda la ducha tanto mampara como plato y como la alcachofa necesita ser tirado y hacer uno nuevo, en una de las habitaciones que tienen dos camas tienes que arrimar la cama a la otra cama para poder abrir el armario, lo dicho mucha dejadez todo el apartamento, el propietario tiene que hacer una reforma ya!! Cambiar el mobiliario para que parezca más acogedor y pintar todo el apartamento, el picaporte de la puerta de entrada por dentro ibas con miedo porque no sabías si te lo ibas a quedar en la mano, para aparcar muy difícil, es una calle muy estrecha y como tengas un coche grande no entras,

Estaba en muy malas condiciones en cuanto limpieza. Muchas humedadades y varios enchufes no funcionaban.

No está muy lejos de la Ría que para pasear a lo largo de ella está bien, nosotros dejamos el coche en San Mamés y desde hay puedes ir andando o en trasporte público al casco viejo

No estaba muy limpio, podría mejorar
