"Con posibilidades pero muy mejorable."

Esta ubicado en un barrio tranquilo, con parada de bus cerca para bajar al centro sin necesidad de coger el coche. El dueño fue muy amable con nosotras, se nos hacía tarde para bajar a comprar en el autobús y nos llevó en su coche. La cama se matrimonio era cómoda.

El apartamento tiene buenas posibilidades pero está descuidado. Le hace falta una mano de pintura y algo más de limpieza. Los utensilios de cocina están para cambiar ( sartenes ) ya que tienen todo el teflón rallado.

el acceso era cómodo

el techo del baño y la ducha parecían tener moho y había muchas telarañas, en general la limpieza podría ser mucho mejor
