"Charming Sunny flat Great location for train station and 10 walk into Dunkeld"

Location for Birnam train station and Arts Centre nearby river for walks with Dog. Corner shop next door open til 9 .

For my elderly Dad toilet was upstairs not a sep wc . We knew this at time of booking .
