Two Bedroom Entire Apartment in Birnam, neighbouring Dunkeld

Really clean and central, well decorated and comfortable. Lovely bedding and towels etc and hosts were very helpful.

We had trouble with the key safe as it wouldn’t open with the code- there is a strange knack to it - unlike any others so if it was late at night it would be a problem. The hosts came out and got us in and were very apologetic and admitted that it’s very fiddly if you don’t know and the instruction don’t tell you so more detail would be good. The bathroom is lovely but small- a shelf or something to put toiletries on would be useful- nowhere to sit anything. Some more written instructions for the TV too- all tv’s seem to be different now!

Beautiful flat, plenty of room, very homely, it has everything needed for a great stay, Rebecca Is a great host, right next to the local shop which is handy, and near the train station with a 10 min walk to dunkeld, definitely stay again.

Location great. Lots to do round about within walking distance. Apartment super clean and comfortable.

The living room was comfortable and luxurious. However, we had to phone the owner to obtain instruction to work the tv, which was a bit inconvenient. The kitchen was well equipped but lacked a coffee machine.

The bathroom, although beautifully decorated, was cramped and narrow. Also there was no toilet roll holder. Additionally, we found the mattress in the main bedroom quite uncomfortable as it seemed to slope to the left. We think it should probably be replaced

We absolutely loved this flat! It is so beautiful decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped which we used for cooking during our stay. The host was easy to communicate with & parking located straight outside the door. About a 10 minute walk to Dunkeld which has lots of food options. Would highly recommend & stay again :)

Beautiful apartment, it had everything we needed to make a great stay, lovely host, was always in touch to make sure if we needed anything, near the train station and near plenty of walks, definitely a home from home

Spacious, modern, immaculate, comfortable beds, excellent kitchen, beautiful location, great communications. Our stay here was a highlight of our 3-week trip to Scotland. We loved the easy walks to beautiful, historic locations. There is a small grocery just outside the door and ample on-street parking. The property is spacious with a dining area, sofas, fireplace, and two bedrooms. The whole area was charming and safe. This property was a perfect base for exploring Perthshire.

The flat was beautiful, we loved everything about it. So many homely touches that made relaxing that bit easier. The bag of ice in the freezer was an added bonus. Couldn’t speak higher of the flat, and the host communicated everything in a timely fashion and felt it wouldn’t have been a bother if we needed to contact her.
