Está en una zona conflictiva a parte no había ni cubiertos ni microondas.vreo que eso es básico.por lo demás sin ningún problema

O aquecimento central é um ponto bastante positivo do apartamento: funciona muito bem e aquece o ambiente rapidamente, garantindo conforto sem necessidade de uso excessivo.

O horário de check-in às 16h é bastante inconveniente, especialmente considerando que o check-out é às 11h. Além disso, o alojamento não oferece um local para guardar as malas, o que nos obrigou a pagar por lockers tanto no dia da chegada quanto no dia da saída, gerando um custo extra desnecessário. A localização é razoável, mas exige algum tempo para adaptação. O apartamento fica entre o Casco Viejo, que é uma zona turística e agradável, e outra área onde nos sentimos inseguros, com presença visível de usuários de drogas. Por esse motivo, evitávamos certos trajetos e, em alguns momentos, tivemos que dar voltas maiores para voltar ao alojamento.

El apartamento está bien decorado, y bien distribuido, es un largo pasillo que de un lado tiene el salón, y del otro la cocina y las habitaciones. Las habitaciones, al no dar a la calle, son silenciosas. La ubicación no está mal para ser el barrio de San Francisco, es un barrio complicado, pero está en una zona relativamente tranquila del barrio y muy bien conectado con el casco antiguo y con la estación de Abando.

Hubo dos cosas que complicaron la estancia, la principal es el internet, solo hay internet en las habitaciones, así que la televisión que tienen no puede conectarse a internet, y olvídate de trabajar desde el apartamento, donde hay una mesa, no hay conexión. Luego la cocina, aunque aparentemente bien equipada, tiene algunas limitaciones, como la falta de una tabla para cortar, cuchillos afilados...

Me gustó mucho que era tal cual está en las fotos. Está muy cerca de la ría.

El baño tenía los mandos de la ducha rotos. Por lo tanto era difícil establecer la temperatura del agua.

I would never recommend this apartment to anyone. The hassle we had before arrival was beyond words - having to message the "host" continuously about numerous problems and not being able to actually speak to a real human being. Abaolutely awful experience.

Clean. This was the only positive aspect but it was not enough!!!! Then again, I paid eur 65 to have it cleaned!!!!!

You cannot really chill in the living room, as the neighbour stays right next to the room. The neighbour kept slamming on the wall at 4pm. We were kind of flabbergasted because the TV wasn’t even loud and we were just talking to each other. On the first night he waited for us to come in and was angrily, speaking to us in Spanish. Since we did not want any issues we ended up hanging out in the kitchen area where we could talk to each other and basically made that our living room space. There is also not a lot of day light entering the apartment and the spare bedroom bed is small if you are 1.80m not so comfy, not sure if there were bedbugs there tho?

Despite the location had not really good reviews, for me it was quite fine. It's located near to the old part of the city and city center. That's true that the neighbourhood is a little bit threatening, mainly if you access through "San Franciso St." and go down through "2 de mayo St.". However, if you access it from the river area and go up through "Hernani St.", the hazardous environment decrease. For me, the location was the feature the I liked the most together with the living room and kitchen.

The bedding was what I liked the least. It seems they don’t use fabric softener to wash the sheets and duvets, and they had an unpleasant smell.

Recomendaciones. Por mi repetiria muchas veces.
