It was really clean

That we were two guests, yet we were given only one key-card which meant that we couldn't go somewhere separately and most important: All night we froze to death cause we could not leave the ac open since we only had 1 card. When we asked for the 2nd one, the answer was "we don't have"

The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from Shirok Sokak, yet still quiet and peaceful. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the interior was modern and cozy.

Honestly, nothing to complain about, it was a perfect stay.

Location is good, and very close to city center which is a plus, however in the middle of a residential area with neighbors getting loud way early and into the night. Nothing to do with the owners, but the place could have benefited from better noise insulation.

The apartment was nice clean and comfortable

That we had to carry heavy suitcases up stairs and it was a bit further out of the centre. Also for longer stays kitchen wasn't equipped properly. No tea towels or dish sponge.

It was above expectation. The bed was very comfortable, the fridge was big enough, the receptionist was very kind, when I arrived in the evening, I arranged by WhatsApp with her when she should come to the apartment house with the keys to let me in. She spoke fluent English.
