Beautiful Studio with everything you would need.

Picked the wrong weekend weather was terrible unfortunately our host can't control the weather. Kitchen was freezing

My partner and I always enjoy visiting Biggar, so we loved staying within walking distance of the shops. The studio was nice, cozy, and in a nice, quiet location. The host put great thought into making our stay comfortable by providing a great selection of items for breakfast and stocking the studio with everything we needed during our stay.

My only comment is maybe a firmer pillow for sleeping, but I know pillows are a personal taste.

It was a cosy space to relax and had everything you would need for a few days away. The attention to detail in the studio was exceptional.

Recommended by amazing reviews online. Close to Cornhill Castle & town. Owner friendly & very quick to respond to question prior to stay. Bed too small for a couple (been commented on a few times in reviews so please act on this as you have the extra few inches of space needed to improve on this!) Duvet is like genuinely like hugging a cloud, as per previous reviewers said.

Pin code sent to us after booking was incorrect. Had to phone owner on arrival to ask for code which was a different code from what was sent to us via email! Also, when we left, got an email requesting feedback but calling us by a completely different name. Overlooked by owners of property & another house, no privacy. Had to half close blinds the afternoon we arrived til we left. With owner already aware we were attending a wedding the next day, a window cleaner turned up right outside the wedding day, just before lunchtime, when getting dressed for the wedding!!! Toilet & kitchen too tiny to hide or get dressed in so had to waste precious time running & hiding, waiting on him leaving. A number of previous customers have stated the sofa bed is not comfortable to sit on. It’s really not! So please listen to your feedback & change it! There is a wasted wall at the back which focusses on various backdrop blinds for design, rather on thoughtful, sensible, full length storage which was promised in feedback ages ago! Slug in kitchen on return from wedding.. On arrival, Raspberries already mouldy, 3 bananas for 2 people, staying 2 nights, sadly having seen the amazing reviews online, was so excited to stay yet left sadly disappointed especially with wrong name at end of it requesting our feedback😔

nothing this was one of the best Nick has stayed in 10 years fabulous put a lot of establishments to shame.

Very peaceful, cosy and clean with lots of little touches. Lovely place. Helen is an amazing host, communication with her has been great and she has been very helpful. We will definitely come back.
