La ubicación, proximidad al meteo, tranquilidad del piso y servicios en los alrededores.

Escasez papel higiénico (4rollos para 4 personas en 6 dias), el colchón de la cama grande y el sofá está machacado. El lavabo no traga bien y la ducha por la presión hace bastante ruido.

Nothing it’s was perfect

Apartment very well located, next to the metro and 1 km from Calle Vieja. Apartment with all the features for a family, and with good heating. A good choice for anyone who wants to get to know Bilbao.

Although I didn't have any problems parking, it may be difficult to find a space, but this is a widespread problem throughout Bilbao. The apartment is interior only with windows to patios, which could be an advantage as there is no street noise

The apartment was lovely, clean and spacious and had most things you needed. The beds were so comfortable. It was easy to get to by tram/underground from central bilbao only 3/5 stops depending on which side of town you get on. Use a barik card as trips are only 80c. Local area had everything you needed but Bilbao is not English speaking at all so go prepared. Loved the area and people were friendly. The apartment also has a lift which was a real bonus with bags and shopping.

Very little it was a great little apartment. Maybe some clearer instructions on how to operate things like the hob as we all tried for 2 days with no success to get it working. Also did not know how to operate the window blinds untill day 3😄. But overall we loved it, just these very minor points.

Very clean and well appointed, excellent location right next to underground station and taxi rank with plenty of shops / cafes nearby
