The aircon was great and the blockout blinds were also fab for sleeping.

It was an unfortunate stay for us - firstly it says beachfront in multiple places when listed on booking - it is not remotely beachfront. It is a 15-20 min walk to the lake downhill and a steep 20 mins back up. We booked because we read beachfront - do not be fooled by this. Also, multiple facilities listed were not available such as saying that there is a washing machine & dryer in the kitchen (this is a reason we booked as we had a big trip and needed these facilities) there isn’t these and you have to pay to have your washing done. The cereal was stale and the apartment itself is very very small and much smaller than the photos make it look with a smell of mould/mustiness. Muliple unsafe fire hazards as both doors only lock from the inside with a key which is dangerous if you need to get out quickly. Overpriced for what it is. When we complained of the misleading and the lack of promised facilities, we were not met with kindness and understanding. We were offered a boatride for free to make up for it and took it as there was no other offer of how to remedy the issues. It was then very awkward feeling staying there. Before any remedy was offered, we said we would leave a clear review to which we were told that he would reply to what we say and say it’s not true (it’s all true). The boat ride was nice enough (not worth what it costs if you were to pay for it) and given the issues, we felt it fair to leave an honest review.

Beautiful apartment with an amazing view. All very clean and a variety of amenities. Met with Mercy, she was so beautiful and welcoming and even helped us out with places to visit, taxi and any questions needed. It was a little tricky getting from place to place if you don't have a car but it is also accessible by bus, only 12 mins from Lake Como Centre. Thank you for your stay, we will see you again.

The host was great, but it is impossible to find the apartment. The road up to it is one car only and very dangerous. The view of Lake Como is amazing. The apartment needs to have white towels as do hotels so they can be bleached. After we left my wife had bites on her legs. We did not go in Lake Como so we aren't sure.

Location is so bad & so far away from the city. It’s impossible to stay here unless you have a car. Buses kept delaying when we were there on the first day & had to end up hitch hiking. Owner of the property was not being helpful at all either as they were so poor in communication. They never picked up our calls or replied to our messages when we needed the most help.

Fantastic stay for our weekend trip to watch the f1 at Monza. Highly recommend
