First thing to say is I paid an absolute mint to stay here, but that's business when you book for a European football final. So I have no opinion on whether it is (normally) good value. But, well appointed, well located. Remote hosts quickly dealt with a wifi problem, so no issues there.

No hot water during my stay. Was a building-wide problem apparently, so not really the fault of the hosts - and their onsite team came out twice to see if they could fix the boiler so no complaints there. Some of the upstairs neighbours are a bit noisy but earplugs soon fixed that, and again was not expecting monastic silence in an old building in the centre of town.

Spacious property in fantastic location

The bathroom was rather dated and we struggled to get hot water. We had to run the tap for over 5 minutes before the hot water came through. Could have done with some more bowls in the kitchen. Front door entry when we arrived was tricky but the staff helped us out promptly.

Perfect location in old town close to bars and pintxos! Apartment was great for a couple and would comfortably accommodate a 2nd couple! Urban host communication was great!

Has WiFi Location

No coffe or tea. Bathtub was broken. It's very exposed to sounds from street. Weird industrial or similar smell in bathroom.

The location and the building were great. In a noisy part of town.

* The bath was broken, with no plug and no water * The shower door had been removed, so water went all over the floor, and had to be mopped up every time with towels * The automated mobile phone app/website to get into to the apartment was really confusing, difficult to work and inflexible * The lighting system is a nightmare, the lights are very hard to turn and off. A simple switch would suffice. * Could not get the blinds/shutters to shut * Loads of tech but no air conditioning, and one of the three fans was broken

Location is really good but you have to take in consider a busy pedestrian zone during the Friday's and Saturday's night. Check-in and key management (you unlock and lock doors via smartphone) is very good.

The equipment in the kitchen is adequate, but the knives could be sharper

This apartment is simply a house where someone used to live. There is a well-equipped kitchen and two bedrooms. It is located in the center of the old town and that is what I wanted.

Not all the lights were working. Or it was complicated to get them on. However, the apartment managers are supposed to fix it.

The apartment is exactly as described, in a top location, very spacious, good looking and with a modern kitchen. It is also very clean. We loved the oven and the induction plates. Beds in both bedrooms are also comfy You can set the heating temperature and it is well responding. We had no problems at all with the electronic lock. The communication with the host is amazing, you receive instructions days before the reservation and he replies within few minutes should you have any query.

The apartment is exactly as described. The location and the apartment itself are really noisy, like the majority of Spanish cascos viejos. Although I slept with earplugs I could hear a lot. Also the floor is noisy when you walk through the apartment. It looks very modern but at a closer look most of the items are broken. In the kitchen there is no pot at all and few teaspoons. To switch the light on and off is already described a little annoying since not all switches work the same. The bathroom is the worse of all, the bathtub does not work, the shower door cannot be closed, the water temperature is responding with delay and faucets are weird. Since there is only a bathroom I would not recommend the apartment to more than 3 people.

Spacious, comfortable beds, great location

What’s with all the buttons! Too much stuff supposedly electronically operated but not working. Instructions to raise the blinds, but buttons not working. Took many attempts to find the right buttons to turn lights on and off. Also some drawers and cupboard doors not working properly, mugs chipped. No instructions in English. If the property is marketed on English websites it would be helpful to have translations available in the property. Had to message the hosts several times for help.
