Residence Aurora, Bohinj

Ruim appartement dicht bij winkels, café en restaurants en dicht bij het meer.

Wij misten een koffiezetapparaat en een magnetron was ook makkelijk geweest.

We loved Residence Aurora! The property manager, Matic, is terrific - friendly, responsive, knowledgeable of the area. He helped us with planning for our hikes, which was invaluable. The property itself is within a stone's throw of Lake Bohinj - excellent location. And we had free parking, which was really nice. The village of Stara Fuzina is a great base for exploring the area - within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, sports equipment rentals, etc. We had an amazing time. Highly recommended!

No complaints!!

Nothing not to like! The quiet location was 10 minutes walk through a meadow to Lake Bohinj and 5 minutes to shop, cafe, TIC and bus stop. Views from apartment’s 2 balconies were outstanding. Comfortable bed, excellent shower, and great seating to relax on after a long day’s walking. Good laundry facilities. Walking routes nearby. No need to have a car to get about from this central location in Stara Fužina.

Only drawback was a simple kitchen space….but we were on holiday and not cooking haute cuisine, so it didn’t bother us a jot!

The location is just the best, just a few steps from the lake with gorgeous surroundings. Also we could find very good restaurants around. The host was super accommodating and the communications went quite well.

Everything were unique and outstanding, locartion , facility , veiw and specially the Owner Me Matic who were available all the time , he was humple kind and helpful from the fist day till our check out Great experience and sure will back soon

The view and surroundings of the residence are surreal! We felt like in a fairy tale every single day! Even though the 3 days of our staying was raining , we couldn’t be more happy to be there! Highly recommend it to scape of the city and tourism! The bed and pillows super comfortable! Shower worked perfectly as well! Matic was super kind and welcoming with us, thank you so much!! If we come back to Bohinj we will def stay in Aurora Residence again! :) Cheers!

Some kitchen supplies, like a coffee machine for example would be amazing to have! Specially for rainy days ;)

We bumped our car on the way to destination on Sunday and there was no one to help us (screw you "Guma Servis" Kemperle Alojz) . Apartment owner Matic was so kind to pick us up and help with everything. The accomodation itself was amazing with a gorgeous views and a 10minute walking distance to the lake.
