Beautiful Listed Flat with Private Garden, Birnam

Lovely apartment, finished to a high standard, comfortable and well equipped. 10-15 walk into Dunkeld where we found some good restaurants.

Not much not to like. The only improvement would be some black out blinds for the bedroom for the early summer sunrise in Scotland.

Bed was a little hard, but that is my preference otherwise great place!

Good communication from host. Easy to find. Lovely and clean. Great shower. Very comfortable, inviting living room. Quiet location with really easy parking. Very comfortable mattress.

It was a touch on the warm side, but easily remedied by opening some windows. However, there may have been a thermostat that we just didn't find. This is literally the only fault and we did stay during a particularly warm weekend. I would love to stay on a less warm night and make the most of cosy apartment. Being generous with the heating isn't really a fault... especially in Scotland.

Proximity to station. Very comfy bed.

Couldn't get a mobile signal or use my DAB radio, but that was all.

Beautiful apartment, lovely decorated and very spacious, had everything you needed for a comfortable stay, bed was comfy and quiet outside, set in beautiful grounds and handy for a walk to dunkeld and all other activities

Perfect, cozy, warm and very homely. You want to book it again the moment you put your foot inside:)

It was cute and quirky and in a nice location. The couches are lovely and comfy and the little kitchen has all the amenities you would require. I liked the little garden and outdoor seating area. The parking area is good too.

I was very taken aback that there is just a net curtain on the shower room window (clear glass). A Roman blind or something should be added, which can’t be seen through when it is dark outside. A basic necessity, surely?
