Khentdrick's Place at Holland Park Southwoods

The room was a was good for the price, for the most part it was keep in good condition. Aircon worked good and shower had hot water. Also, when you enter the apartment it smelled very nice.

bigger table, Range fan for cooking, Exhaust fan for the bathroom. Lighter blanket on the bed because the comforter used was very thick and hot.

Location was good for us, we like that a 7 eleven was downstairs for quick items like water. Lots of space and really liked the balcony.

Really not much we didn't like but if I needed anything it would have been a washing machine for longer stays.

- superb location - host was super responsive - fast wifi - has washing machine - two lifts/elevators for the building which are both fast - the unit has airconditioning and an electric fan - comfy bed and pillows - cozy feel - trash is being collected on a daily basis, every morning

- the unit is showing its age due to the bare minimum cleaning being done for it. There were cooking oil stains on some of the sockets at the kitchen, walls could use a fresh coat of paint - bathroom area has a funky/musky smell, probably due to the old oil scent sticks placed at the bathroom window. The water on the bamboo plant at the washroom could use some regular replacement as it can be a breeding grounds for mosquito, cleaning the glass bottle could be a plus. Bathroom sink could use some scrubbing. - electric fan could use a lot of cleaning - the inside of the washing machine was dirty with lint - the dish rack could use some cleaning, as well. - the dish scrub may have been there since pandemic as it was very, very old. We had to buy a new one for our usage during our stay. - no toiletries provided. - refrigerator was dirty. - the sofa should be replaced since you can already feel the wooden base when sitting on it - no bidet - kitchen knife was dull - first time I was asked for a refundable security deposit since I started using Booking.com back from 2013, I thought it was only a gimmick by AirBnB hosts
