Excelente custo benefício - bem localizada, com frigobar, split, TV, banheiro completo . Todo novo. Aquecedor de água e microondas no espaço compartilhado. O proprietário, Adão, mora ao lado e trabalha com turismo, esclarecendo e auxiliando os hóspedes. Recomendo!

O local é novo e limpo, com camas e chuveiro bons. É bem localizado: próximo ao centro, muito proximo de padaria, mercado atacadista, hamburguerias, restaurantes, farmácia etc.

Sugiro que disponibilizem kit (sabonete e shampoo).
