L'emplacement est top , l'appartement spacieux et confortable, l'accès au garage très pratique car difficile de se garer devant

Le bruit, on entend tout de l'appartement, l'extérieur et dans les appartements à côté, très difficile de dormir car trop bruyant à mon gout

Actually nothing ,the whole aspect accomodation & location were not to anyone's liking.

This was by far one of the worst experiences I have had . The apartment is located in a highly questionable and unsafe area. The neighborhood is plagued by visible drug activity and sketchy individuals loitering at absolutely all hours.I felt unsafe for my whole family. The noise level is unbearable in the master bedroom, be prepared to be awake until 6 am with noises of partying yelling and screaming. On top of that there is constant loud noise from the neighbours above.It really was a stressful stay unfortunately. I did call the accommodation handling team to complain each morning after a bad night, it was merely noted no one was bothered .

Fantastic location, very close to old town and near railway station.

The location between the old and new parts of the city was excellent. It was also right near the river and train station with a good supermarket close by. The kitchen was well equipped.

The main bedroom looked on to the road and was very noisy at night. Traffic or trains?

The apartament was comfortable for family. Very good localisation - close city centre and Museum.

Easy key pick up even 1 km away. Flexible kind staff. Enjoyable stay, nice appartment

Yes a little noisy in one bedroom but you get used to it

The location was ok, but with the public transport in Bilbao the location does not matter really, you can walk/take the public transport anywhere easily.

The apartment is is extremely noisy, day and night. You can hear the street noise, the yelling, the motorcycles, everything, the windows do not filter the noise at all. We could sleep only a few hours every night. The apartment is next to the train station, the street is not dangerous, but terribly filthy and smells of urine. The apartment was not visibly dirty, but not clean either, our feet got dirty just by walking barefoot inside. I wouldn´t recommend this place.
