Location was nice - not far from downtown. It was quiet and comfortable. The host was friendly and welcoming. The bed was nice, and there were a couple little picture guidebooks for walks in and around the area. It was easy to collect and deposit the key. It was a nice place to land after a long day of hiking the Bodmin Moor.

The shower and toilet facilities, although very clean and nice, are in one of those barrier-free all-in-one spaces. This makes it too easy to get things like your toiletries and the toilet paper wet during a shower, if you are not too careful. It was nice and clean, this is just an FYI for when you take that first shower. We also wished that the inside lock was a deadbolt rather than being a key also, for locking and unlocking. Minor quibbles.

clean, comfortable bed, large bathroom... parking, quiet neighborhood and good contact with the owner

There is no window in the room, which doesn't help in such hot weather, but there is a small one in the bathroom and there was a small fan, so wasnt that bad.

Nice location, well laid out, only 5 Mins walk from town centre, everything you needed for a short stay
