Fab flat, everything needed for a comfortable stay. Clean and welcoming.

Location was ideal for work. The flat was clean and tidy close to local shop and quiet enough area.

Poor communication from landlord meant after finishing a night shift at 0600 we were woken by cleaners at 1000. No one checked the late checkout request on the portal.

The property is not up to a standard that should have guests in, the beds were very uncomfortable, the bathroom had mold in the plugs and taps didn’t want to work. The toilet doesn’t flush properly! Also the kitchen is falling apart! On top of all that the flat itself is very dirty and hasn’t been cleaned properly for what looks like months! I had to go out and pay for cleaning products to clean the property just so we could sleep there and I had to hoover and mop everything whilst being on bed rest due to a high risk pregnancy when the property manager was called she refused to answer to resolve the issue.
