Nice location, comfy bed and Living Room

The apartment is spacious, light and comfortable. The location is very convenient, close to a metro station (5 mins walk) and to the main train station (15 mins walk). The host was welcoming and nice. Everything was clean. There's a nice kitchen with a fridge, even an iron and a Nespresso coffee machine:)

Everything's great in this apartment; the only watch-out is stairs (2 floors up) and no elevator, so mind this if you have large suitcases

This review for booking users to take care. We unfortunately had a sad and disappointing experience in this stay. The apartment is quite specious and well equipped as described, however, the heating system wasn’t functioning and we had to contact the host for three consecutive day to fix it. This was quite annoying and irritating. Additionally, the host wasn’t very welcoming and we asked for an extra bed linen as we had a long stay (7 days) and he didn’t provide us with one so we had to buy one by ourselves. Moreover, there was no enough hand soap nor klinex in the bathroom. All this make this listing a very low value for money (around 102 euro per night). We don’t recommend it.

Location

This apartment is just excellent, and so are the hosts. The exchange was very friendly and professional. The apartment is super clean and furnished with everything you could possibly wish for. I was on a business trip and enjoyed having a spacious, calm place to rest. The apartment has its own entrance, a beautiful garden view and is absolutely quite. If I travel to Bochum again, I will stay here. Absolutely recommendable!
