Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Tue 01 Oct 2024 until Sat 29 Mar 2025 A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please print your confirmation. You will need it at check-in. Keys are collected directly at the apartments. Sheets and towels are changed weekly. Apartments are cleaned on arrival and departure of guests. The swimming pool is open from May to October. Please note that check-out is until a maximum of 10:00, without exceptions. Please note that parking cannot be reserved. It depends on availability at the time of arrival. Please note, check in after 21:00 carries an extra cost of EUR 15. Baby cots and extra beds are available for a surcharge of EUR 6, and must be requested in advance. Please note that parties are not allowed at the property.
