Die Lage ist exzellent. Die Wohnung ist großartig. Der Vermieter jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit.

Das einzige, was vielleicht bessers ein könnte: es fehlt eine Geschirrspüler, aber für uns war das kein Problem.

Great location in a nice residential area, a short walk from the Guggenheim and the old city quarter, with easy access to public transport. Lovely power shower, clean linen and towels, comfortable beds and seating area. The lift to the first floor was greatly appreciated both on arrival and leaving with our luggage. The glazed doors onto the balconies provide very effective sound proofing from any street noise.

location good very close to all things. Plenty of bars, shops all around the area. Lift in building and quiet block. Nice decor interesting things all around and well equipped kitchen etc. Balcony makes it very homely too.

There is a 24 hour bakery that is busy around 4-5 am so some street noise with people at this time from front bedroom. Not that bad but for sensitive sleepers it can be a problem.

Location, Location, location! The flat is very comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect!. The owner was very responsive and helpful with recommendations! We would definitely stay here again.

Only a very minor thing… the Neighbor had a dog that was often barking throughout the day! Wasn’t constant and didn’t last for long but everyday was heard yapping/barking!

Very clean and the location was very convenient. Instructions were easy. Very nice place. Wish we lived there.
