Bohinj - Old Village House

Gemütliche Wohnung, alles sehr funktional, sauber und praktisch, Parkplatz, elektrische Jalousien, Supermarkt in der Nähe, Balkon... Wir haben wunderschöne Tage dort verbracht, super Ausgangspunkt für tolle Wanderungen.

2 Stühle mehr auf dem Balkon wären super, wir haben immer 2 Esszimmerstühle mit herausgestellt, das ist machbar, aber ein wenig lästig.

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und praktisch, für vier Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Mit etwas Kreativität kann man auch zu viert auf dem Balkon frühstücken 😉. Die Lage ist super und der Ort hat alles, was man so braucht (toller Bäcker, der jeden Tag von 6 bis 20 Uhr geöffnet hat, einige schöne Restaurants, Supermarkt, Fahrradverleih, ...). Es gibt tolle Radwege Richtung Bohinj See und Richtung Bled. In den Bergen ist man auch sehr schnell und kann wunderschöne Natur genießen. Für heißes Wetter gibt es auch tolle Badestellen im Fluss vor Ort.

Well equipped, comfortable apartment near centre of village, lovely large balcony for sitting outside. Great communication with hosts who kindly arranged an earlier entry time for us.

Could have done with an extra mirror (only the one in the bathroom, none in bedrooms) and a few hooks in bathroom/bedrooms for e.g. hanging towels. Aircon was good but needed to keep bedroom doors open for air to circulate at night

The apartment was the perfect size for me and the kids and it was nicely furnished and well equipped. Breakfast and dinner on the balcony, with views over the mountains, was a real highlight. The location was also ideal for exploring Lake Bohinj and the surrounding area (definitely leave your car at the apartment and use the buses to get yourself to and from the lake). The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive and really helped to make my stay enjoyable and hassle free.

I had an issue with some noise from the neighbouring apartment on the first night, but I messaged the owner and they replied promptly, apologised and appeared to have addressed it because from the next day it was perfectly peaceful. So it was a minor issue that was handled well - it seems like the owners really care about their guests and want them to enjoy their stay.

Perfectly located between Bled and Bohinj. The apartment had everything you could need and is in a safe and peaceful area. Host was helpful and friendly- would highly recommend.
