8 berth Caravan at Parkdean Camber Sands

It was close to the clubhouse & swimming pool on site and only a few minutes walk from Camber Sands Beach

It was close to a small playground where older teens gathered each night until the early hours of the morning keeping us up. Shower head was slightly broken in that once the water was turned it, it slid down the pole so you had to crouch down to use the shower. No toilet paper provided. Found a beer bottle top on the floor so had to stop my toddler trying to eat it. Chocolate marks on the sofa which we cleaned off within minutes of arriving but cleaner could have had more attention to detail overall.

Caravan was clean. Host was helpful before n during the stay. There were gas problems during the stay which was unexpected but host were answered in time n solved it within couple of hours.

Tissue roll wasn’t enough n have to buy from store, caravan was old but clean.

Booking.com has it listed as 8 berth 3 bed. It’s not, it’s 6 berth 2 bed. We had to sweep and mop the floors, the caravan was tired, leaky radiator in bathroom, dirty cutlery, plates, cooking pans, badly rusty microwave, oven grill missing, garden furniture rusty and dirty.

The van was clean and comfortable, equipped with all the necessary amenities for your stay.

We noticed that the van tends to shake when cars pass by, which could be something to consider for future guests. It would have been helpful to have better communication regarding the checkout time. We received a message from the owner on the afternoon of checkout, informing us that we could check out at 11:00 AM instead of the 10:00 AM we had requested a few days prior. Additionally, we found that the reception only allows cot bed rentals if booked through Parkdean Resorts, which could be clarified for guests to make arrangements more straightforward.
