8 berth Caravan at Parkdean Camber Sands

Really well appointed large caravan / static home near Camber Sands. Good heating system kept us cosy. Everything we could need was supplied. Clean and comfy. They paid their Netflix bill, so we could stay in and watch reruns of Friends when it was pouring outside in typical English springtime style. It was also very quiet for a caravan / static home park, as I was a bit apprehensive about the possible noise from my neighbours at first. Probably a different scenario at the height of summer, we were there in a quieter season.

Well, it's a caravan site, isn't it, so a bit characterless. We drove around a few times and missed our one, as everything looks the same. We did this every day. I couldn't get any WiFi, though my boyfriend got a signal. No hard standing came with our caravan, so had to park a short distance, but not really a problem. Oh and it rained A LOT, but that's not really the fault of the place LOL!

The location to the sea was superb, also the caravan was very clean and in a good position. The staff were friendly and the service in the restaurant was good.

A lot of places not open for this time of year.

The caravan was very clean and modern. Everything worked as it should,although the shower was very hot on the lowest setting.

The park and area was not for us. Quite a run down area with little amenities. The park was not attractive, no greenery or trees. The caravan lacked a parking area(concrete standing) which forced you to park in the parking area, and walk through the muddy areas, to reach the caravan.

big caravan and perfect for a family of 4. extra kitchen stuff left, such as sugar, tea, coffee, oil, vinegar as well as toiletries such as loo rolls. bedding provided. hosts very accommodating and helpful. clean on arrival

internet connection mattresses a bit too soft nice staff at the campsite but badly organised and the wait to get served at the restaurant was far too long.

The location was good, the caravan was a good size and well equipped.

Only 2 of the hobs on the stove worked and the grill didn't work at all so it made cooking breakfast and dinner for 6 people more challenging.
