Very clean, good condition, well equipped and spacious. Location very close to town centre.

Nothing. For that price you can’t expect better.

We had a fantastic stay at Sergio’s apartment and found the price-to-quality ratio to be excellent. The place was clean, well-equipped, and spacious. Sergio was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. When we requested an extra set of bed linens, he provided them right away and also took the time to show us how to use the washing machine. The apartment is conveniently located near the city center, and Bormio itself is a beautiful town. Everyone we encountered—from the staff at the ski rental shop and ski instructors to the medical professionals at the local clinic—was exceptionally friendly and accommodating.

For the price we paid everything was as expected

Easygoing owner, everything was well communicated and stress-free! Accommodation has a beautiful view on mountains and for our group of bikers, a spacious garage for cars and bikes was a big advantage as well as a possibility to stay outside.

Apartment is big. Has wonderful terrace. Location is 5 min walk from the city center and 20 min walk from the ski station. Good beds - enough to rest after long day.

A bit out dated, towels and bedding seems old. Oven was working bad - can’t cook full speed for those who need it.
