"The location, cleanliness, aesthetic, and amenities of #5 Back Bay were just perfect for our stay."

The room was bright and faced the street. We could open the window and have a nice unwind time after walking all over Boston. The location was perfect for getting everywhere and the little kitchen was just the right size for breakfast and making it feel home like. Bed was comfy the walk up was easy.

Honestly it had everything we needed. #5 was just perfect for our family of 3.

Top notch location. Tastefully remodeled and comfortable. Parking spot in back (when available) was a huge plus.

The refrigerator compressor has a constant, low pitch clicking noise that can be pretty distracting for any guest sleeping in the pullout couch. You may need to look in to maintenance or replacing the fridge. With parking, please make it more obvious that this has to be reserved and purchased separately in advance so that people can book it and not risk having a day or two where they have to scramble to park. Once we had the spot, though, it was great.

"I’m very disappointed, although they gave a complimentary wine, as a gift, but my stay there was the worst I overplayed"

Location is good. There’s a washing machine if you need to do your laundry.

Noise.. so much noise I couldn’t sleep for the whole time there. Our apartment was back facing and there were trucks and noise the whole time as if you’re sleeping in the street. Uncomfortable bed. I wish I knew that there were no elevators.. I had to carry heavy luggage by my own three stories.. even though I had a surgery in my leg and that affected me badly. So I don’t recommend staying there if you have injury or if you have heavy luggage.
