It was easy to check in and out. I like that door had code and no need for keys. Kitchen had everything we needed

The bathroom sink was clogged and I had to remove lots of hair (different colour from red to blue) from drain, it was discussing. Also the bathroom was not very clean. Towels were not white they had a bit of grey undertone to them. Last but not the least was the toilet paper, sooo thin, you basically used your fingers.

we came twice, once in the very cold winter and once in the hot summer the heat/air conditioning blows straight in your face at night there could be a curtain to draw at night to separate from the bow window area and get more warmth, darkness, privacy in the evening check-out at 10 is too early especially because the cleaning staff only comes past noon or 1pm and there is no locker room to leave the luggages after checking-out there is no laundry

AC and thermostat were terrible even after technician fix. Could not regulate. Hot one minute. Cold next.

- Unit 8 is highly inconvenient, also no shelves or wardrobe for clothes. - A broken window in one room meant that there was no fresh air until I improvised a solution. - They prepared for two people, not three: missing blanket and only two chairs. - We called them and they wrote back a few times saying that someone would come at specific times to fix things. We waited, but nobody arrived. - The toilet in the one-bathroom unit was clogged and they were unavailable for two days. We ordered a plumber at our own expense ($372). Two days later, I received this unprofessional message: "Hi David - our apologies for any inconvenience this has caused you. May we know if the issue with your toilet has been resolved? We can send our cleaning staff over to take a look." - They promised a refund for the plumber and some compensation, which I have yet to receive, but it doesn't nearly cover their poor performance.

Not enough hangers!

The building and unit was high end- gorgeous. The location is top notch!
