Good location between the Common and Macy’s

Cheap and ugly decorations and furniture. Very noisy airco. Had no warm water one morning. Bad smell in corridor and staircase.

The size was surprisingly good, bigger than we expected. It was nice to have separate areas and the kitchenette. The check in and check out being contactless was great and super easy. Couldn't have a better location, near lots of shops, food, and theaters.

It was so hot. Even with the AC unit down as low as possible it never got cooler than 80 in our room (85°-95° outside during these days). And unfortunately something was wrong with our bed, one side sunk down and the other side was high so when two people were laying in bed the one on the higher side always rolled on to the other. I was fine with no TV in the bedroom but my husband didn't like that the TV was only on the other side.

Location was excellent. The appartment was small, but nice.

All was ok.

Dark, Apartment was not really clean with hairs in the bed and in the bathroom, Kitchenette only limited equipped, presence of pans but no stovetop, no kitchen towel, The elevator gives the impression that it's going to break any second

The location is very central, although Boston is a small city so this is not a big enough selling point for this over-priced dump.

Way too expensive for a dingy unkempt building, lack of natural light, fittings falling off the walls, mould, holes and unpainted ateas on walls, plumbing held together with dental floss,, no washing machine in room despite this being advertised/implied, lift broken on day of departure, had to use very noisy AC to cool down the fiercely overheated room etc etc etc. Don't stay here.

Heat didn’t work. Floors were in terrible shape. Countertops bad, need end tables.

Everything was superb, hot water, heater worked fine. No noise. Security is very good.

No sunlight, windows faced a wall.

Excellent location for exploring downtown Boston and Freedom Trail. Great cafes on street. Walking distance to Freedom Trail. Great value.

It was great, nothing to not like.
