War Alles sehr gut, Lage top gleich im Zentrum der Stadt. Sehr sauber und komfortabel. Der Inhaber sehr nett hatt sich jedem Tag gemeldet ob alles passt.

The apartment was in a perfect location, right in the center of Brčko, with everything close by. It was clean, well-equipped, and had all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay.

The apartment itself was great: very clean, well-equipped, and in an excellent location in the center of Brčko. Unfortunately, the owner made my stay extremely stressful and unpleasant. Even though we agreed in advance on a remote check-in (he gave me the code for the door), he kept sending me messages asking for my arrival time and pressuring me to coordinate with him. I was on vacation and had already communicated everything multiple times, but his constant messaging felt intrusive and unnecessary. When I arrived late in the evening and forgot to send passport photos in advance (an honest mistake), instead of politely reminding me, he sent rude and threatening messages like: “If you don’t send them now, you cannot stay in the apartment.” I had to interrupt my dinner just to deal with him. The next day, even though his own house rules stated that payment would be left in cash upon checkout, he kept insisting on being paid immediately, messaging constantly. When my friend tried to arrange meeting him to hand over the money, the owner refused because he was “eating” at the time. This lack of professionalism and flexibility turned what should have been a relaxing stay into a very stressful experience. To make matters worse, he refused to handle the mandatory tourist registration himself and asked my local friends to do it, which is not their responsibility. I have stayed in many apartments and hotels around the world, and this is the first time I’ve been treated so rudely. The apartment is nice, but I would not recommend staying here because of the owner’s unprofessional behavior and lack of respect for guests.

Central location, interesting design. Has nice balcony with roof and river view. Tea, coffee, fruits and bathroom supplies are available for guests.

It took 10 attemts to enter apartment using electronic lock and passcode. Difficult to use TV remote - maybe batteries charge is low. Hot water is not connected to the kitchen.

Location and the apartment was fabulous. Free parking.

Very unusual apartments, we liked the layout. Despite the fact that it is an attic floor, it was very warm! Convectors were everywhere. Convenient and quick check-in, 2 minutes walk to the central street, to the supermarket too! We were pleased that there was a swing in the apartment. We were satisfied, thank you very much!

Mirza the host was really kind, and made getting in to the apartment very easy. The apartment itself exceeds the pictures online. The Juliet balconies, skylights and patio make the space feel large and bright. It is a lovely, quiet space for a short or long stay and would definitely book again.

We could have used a cutting board and a dish sponge in the kitchen, but that’s really all I can think of. Everything was fantastic.

everything perfectly clean. very original design. location perfect! Host amazing, helpful and very polite. Easy access and very smooth communication. Will be back for sure :)
