Million Dollar Views

Fabulous apartment with an incredible water view. Very quiet and convenient location. Very confortable place with great amenities very clean and à lot of délicate attention. During our 10 day trip in Tasmania this is the first time we had à verbal communication in person. Nice talks with Coralie and Costa a very genuine and générous couple. A lot of items left to prépare your breakfast. Highly recommend to stay there for someone visiting Hobart. Thank you for making our stay mémorable.

This property is beyond exceptional if I could rate it more than 10 then I would. The views across the harbour are wonderful and the area the property is in is a lovely quiet residential area with everything you need just two minutes away in Sandy Bay. Not that you will need much when you arrive as everything is provided. This really is a home from home with everything you could possibly need for your stay. The property is decorated to a high standard with lovely ornaments and artwork that really brings out the character of the hosts Coralie and Carlos, which all adds to that warm homely feeling. They really have gone above what you could expect from a property with comfortable furnishings, good WiFi and a great welcome pack. If you should arrive late and don’t feel like shopping there is everything provided to make a light meal and get you through the evening and morning as well as snacks and a bottle of wine. One of the more unusual items that was really helpful was an international power bar that I could plug my U.K. equipment into, this would have worked for most travellers and was a really great idea. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again. So if you are going to Hobart this really is a great place to stay.

Great stay. Would recommend

The property was clean and well furnished with everything that was needed for a family - fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, snacks/food/drinks which made it feel like home. The view from the apartment was great and it was in close proximity to food/scenic spots around Hobart. Coralie was very welcoming and offered some toys when she found out we were travelling with my young daughter. This was a 12 out of 10 stay. Highly recommend.

That I couldn’t stay longer

The hosts Costa & Coralie are lovely people and it was a pleasure to be able to stay at the apartment at their home. The view is indeed excellent and the facilities in the apartment are very good. Our hosts also stocked the apartment with a lovely bottle of wine and a very adequate supply of breakfast food.

I would like to say that I loved everything about the stay but unfortunately the one negative for me was the lack of off street parking. Nevertheless, this was really a minor thing and it wouldn’t prevent me from staying here again.
