301 Harbour View

The location was excellent. On the harbour and surrounded by restaurants. Great view.

The apartment was dated. Lots of mirrors which made the living area appear much larger than it actually was. Pot plants on the balcony were dead. This apartment needs some attention and love.

location was great as expected. Atmosphere at marina, close to restaurants, promenade, shops.

2 bedroom apartment only had 1 small bathroom. Shower was very small and slippery & dangerous. It leaked all across floor, we needed our towels to mop up. Room was 100 metres along 3 halls to room getting suitcases there was an effort. Had trouble contacting off site agent to gain access.

Had every thing we needed

Fantastic location within walking distance of all the main attractions , restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The view from the apartment is stunning and even had cruise ships sail past. The owner and his team were fantastic in their communication with us.

A second toilet or bathroom would have been preferable as a group of four adults but this can't be changed. A starter pack of dishwasher tablets and washing powder would also be helpful.

Very good close to CBD and ferry terminal. Even though there was crowds about there wasn’t any noise with the doors shut.

The air conditioning only goes for 4 hours before you have to restart. The second bedroom doesn’t have a fan .

Good location, plenty of restaurants nearby.

The location was excellent.

Some of the furnishings are a little tired.

Location and views

Leaking shower, loose roller blinds. We had 4 and 11 year olds and all the glass and balcony furniture was a problem for us

The Views were magnificent, didn't have to drive anywhere the location is spot on for all eating places. Short walk to Aquarium and Museum. Roof Top pool is fantastic also.

The shower leaks water all over the floor due to lip and glass door not shutting properly. Found ourselves using the dryer just to have a dry floor mat.
