Sicilia d'Amare

A fabulous, spacious and very clean apartment in Sicily! All bathroom and kitchen utensils were provided. Coffee machine at the place with start-up set of coffee provided for the morning wake up :) A bed was very comfortable, very nice moody light sources, external window shutters. Giovanni was a great host, who was waiting for us late evening to provide the keys. Very good contact on Whatsapp. At the nearest area there are lot of bars/restaturants/pasticceries/shops. Down the stairs you can find a pasticceria with all the goods for an italian breakfast on-site. The apartment is located 10 minutes walk from Capaci railway station from which in 25 minutes you reach Palermo or in 15 minutes an airport. Free car parking at the street in front of the building. Very good spot to discover Palermo. The sandy beach is 15 minutes walk from the apartment. I can recommend this place to everyone. Thank you Giovanni for your hospitality!

Everything was just perfect, but if I must write something here I may list lack of a dishwasher, which would save time and water and make yourself more comfy :) Additional 'food' storage cabinet will be an advance, but these are not any game-changers in the rating of the apartment.

The host was extremely friendly and accomodating. We arrived at 3am and he came in the middle of the night to let us in. The stay has been nothing but exceptional. The location is great, 15 mins to the beach, lots of small good shops nearby. The room itself was clean, modern, recently renovated and the overall experience was pleasant. There is also a terrace where you can overview the street, hang your clothes to dry and have a glimpse of the sea in the near distance.

Not to our concern, but you have to climb a few stairs to get there. Also keep in mind Capaci train station has moved, so make sure to check or ask for the right location.
