La tranquilidad, el tamaño, el jardín, la ubicación. Katja es amabilisima. Poder tener una cocina y desayunar en la terraza o cenar es una maravilla.

Location is excellent the host / owners great people.

Advertised as a sea view but it is big tall trees view that blocks a sea view. Way to many personal photos of owners family and religious items on the wall / cabinet in the apparment rented for holiday purposes?? Can't have any privacy in the apparment we stayed. Walls to thin hearing people in the apparment next door. Also separated by door opening only to joining 2 apparments which one is rented out and second apparment owner/ host living in. So NO privacy even when you step on the floor can be heard from the adjoining apparments or you can hear them. Luckily stayed only overnight. Not the place if you looking to relax and have own peace and privacy what you expect when you pay for 2 bedrooms apparment. Not sure about other apparments in the complex but this one is definitely to be avoid.

Amazing location close to town. Beautiful home away from home feel. Host lovely. Honestly highly recommend. Would happily return to stay again.

Bed could use updating very firm. But some people will like that.

The location is excellent and Katja is a delightful host. I was in Apartment 1 which has its own entrance from the beautiful garden that faces the water. Villa Tiha is close enough to stroll into Cavtat but the little bay and beach in front of the villa is already attractive enough in its own right.

Some of the furniture can use updating but the pictures shown on the website are accurate, so I knew what to expect. Otherwise, everything was great, including internet access.

The property is not luxury but very adequate and excellent value and location. Literally steps to restaurants, activities, and the water. Owner very accommodating and responsive. Quiet place and beautiful gardens!

Kat, the host, was standing outside as my taxi arrived past midnight, as she realised I had not picked up any of the WhatsApp messages she had sent. Bless her!!

Just take the stairs down into the village.

No door between sleeping area and the rest if the space.

Always a lovely stay here at Villa Tiha! This is our second time back and we will hopefully be back again. The host is lovely and attentive. We love the room & the personal touches like the old family photos. The TV is brilliant with Netflix for the quiet evenings. The property is so close to some lovely swimming spots and feels so private and peaceful. The exterior is so gorgeous including the wonderful gardens! The air conditioning is great too! Thank you!
