Villa Tiha

The location was excellent. An easy, short stroll into the town along the water's edge. A great balcony with umbrella table where we could sit among the many fruit trees and flowering bushes and view the boats bobbing in the beautiful blue sea.

The towels and bed linens in desperate need of replacement. No microwave, no toaster, the stovetop didn't work.

Great stay in Cavtat for a great price. Lovely apartment with terrace to enjoy a drink by the sea. Close walk to town, water taxi to Dubrovnik, and beaches. Would stay again!

Though the exterior of the villa is beautiful, the interior would need some refreshment. Cleaning need some improvement

Villa Tiha is in a great location. It’s easy to walk to the waterfront where the marina is, and there is a really nice walk in the other direction to a large beach. It’s quiet and has a nice place to sit outside and enjoy the sun and view. Katja met me when I arrived and showed me around the property, so there was no guessing about the logistics of my stay. It’s a wonderful spot!

Location was fantastic, beds were extremely comfortable. Host was quick with her replies and very accommodating

Needed air condition in the bedroom, it was a bit stuffy for me. Kettle needed a bit of a clean to remove the timescale. Towels were too small and thin to dry ourselves from the shower.

The location is excellent and that is the only positive thing

The breakfast is disappointing The picture of the room on the website is completely different from the room we received, and we felt that we were misled The landlady is very unpleasant The room was not clean The equipment is outdated and when we opened the refrigerator door it fell off

A great environment of cypresses, pines, palms and other plants. Spacious apartments with high ceilings. Quiet place.
