Отличное расположение. Не в Батуми, но в близкой доступности. Батуми, как выяснилось, для молодежи и ночной жизни. Этот же объект - идеален для семейного отдыха. По уровню комфорта и услуг не уступает аналогичным апартам, скажем, Кипра. Какие-то услуги еще не предоставляются, например, спа, но у проекта хорошее будущее, я уверен. В номере и на территории все необходимое: еда, стирка и тд. Рекомендую.
