"Nice location, too hot in summer!"

Great location - just a short walk to the centre. Car park opposite - very convenient.

Felt like a hostel. The spiral staircase to the 4th floor could be better - very wobbly. No air-con in apartment (we knew this beforehand and thought it wouldn't be too hot). We were wrong and it was roasting and very uncomfortable. We had planned to check-out at 10am but it was so hot, we woke at 5am, had a quick shower and left to get some fresh air. In Spring or Autumn, probably ok, but in Summer, no way.
