Kediaman sangat dekat dengan kedai 24jam & pemandangan yang bagus serta mempunyai Wi-Fi & kolam renang sehingga 2200hrs dan dalam bilik juga disediakan Hair dryer.

Dalam bilik hanya terdapat 1 je cermin.. Berkongsikan pula dgn singki bilik air portable.
